There's also some Audials Tunebite app that might be useful for u, this one also works to capture and save streaming videos off the web, works with a ton of streaming sources so I guess it can pretty much handle any kinda streaming videos. Check that box, then it will grab pretty much anything out there. It's standalone software, so no need to use a certain type of browser to get it to work. They will have the bandwidth used either way, whether you download it or if it just plays back in the browser anyway. Also, if they don't want you downloading it, then they don't want you to see it at all and so they wouldn't have put it out there for you to view it. Pause it; then go to File, Save page as.
